Catalog amounts match what we charge before tax. Checkout is handled by Stripe (merchant of record) — they collect payment and applicable sales tax/VAT. (That's checkout for your Readyhall plan. Attendee registration fees are different: you publish payment instructions and Readyhall tracks who's paid — we never process attendee money.)
Recurring-event price lock
When you run the same conference every year as an Event Series, we lock the plan price you purchased for that series. Your next edition keeps that rate — no surprise annual reprice.

Common questions
What counts as an attendee?
Anyone invited to or joined into an event counts toward that event’s attendee cap on your plan.
How do refunds work?
Checkout, tax, and refunds are handled by Stripe (merchant of record). Contact support with your order ID.
What happens when I archive an event?
Archived events leave the active-event count. Attendee data remains available to organizers for export until you delete it.

What happens to a published event if I cancel Pro?
Your organization moves back to the Free plan when the cancellation takes effect. Published events stay published and attendees keep access — nothing is unpublished or deleted. Free limits apply going forward: one active event, up to 50 attendees per event for new joins, and Free-tier AI allowances.
Do presenters need accounts?
No. Speaker Readiness sends each presenter a personal link — they upload without creating an account. Presenters using the portal do not count toward the attendee cap.
What happens when the program changes?
Edit the session and publish. Attendees see the update in minutes — no new PDF.
Is there a done-for-you option?
Yes. Speaker Readiness itself is included in every plan, so this is a service, not a licence: we run the setup and stay hands-on through your event. Rates by scale — Community conferences, PD days, talk showcases — under 50 attendees — $150; 50–150 attendees — $350; 150–500 attendees — $750; 500+ attendees, multi-track associations — from $1,250 (individually scoped).
